Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ministry Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Ministry Manager on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Ministry Manager is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps churches collect visitor information through digital connect cards, automate follow-up email sequences, and track visitor engagement through a web-based dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@ministrymanager.io.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account corresponds to one church or organization.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be limited to read-only access.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

You own the data you and your visitors submit to Ministry Manager. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for the data your church collects from visitors, including obtaining any necessary consent before collecting personal information or prayer requests.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our email system
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive to keep Ministry Manager available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

You can cancel your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Ministry Manager is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Ridge LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of Ministry Manager after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
